This beer employes heavy handed hop busting of Armarillo, Cascade, Centiennial and Columbus and a substaincial Armarillo dry hop addition. The hops are well balanced with a solid malt backbone, consisting of a blend (60:40) of English and Canadian sourced pale malts. Speciality malts including chocolate, crystal 40 & 60, biscuit and munich. Dextrose is added to achieve dryness and US-50 is used due to its neutral flavour profile.
