To create “chocolatey-est” beer ever, Greg started with 100% pure cacao powder from his favorite chocolate maker, Ghiradelli, and then added 100% cacao nibs in secondary to impart even more chocolate. Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal, Black patent and, of course, chocolate malt make up the grain bill with lactose to provide sweetness to bring out the chocolate.
