Bruery Sampler

The Bruery is a boutique craft brewery located in Southen California that's known for wild beers and experimental ales. Besides their unique creations, we love that they support homebrewers. They hold frequent homebrewing contest with the winner being able to make their beer at their brewery! Now that's something we can get behind. Now onto their beers!

THE BRUERY TERREUX RUEUZE (750ml, 6%)- 97 on RateBeer.  In the Belgian tradition of blending lambics of different ages, the Bruery carefully selects barrels that have been aging their sour blonde and blends them together to create the ideal profile for their Rueuze. One of the top 40 Gueuze's in the world, this beers is a must try!

THE BRUERY MASH BARREL-AGED BARLEYWINE (750ml, 12.5%)- 98 on RateBeer. An English style barleywine aged in Bourbon barrels. This is a brewery favorite for its balance and complexity. Expect notes of caramel, toasted bread, ripe pear, dried figs, vanilla, with an oak tannin finish. At 12.5%, this beer can also be cellered for up to two years to allow the flavors to develop.

THE BRUERY TERREUX SAISON RUE FARMHOUSE ALE (750ml, 8.5%)- 97 on RateBeer. A subtle and complex Belgian-style farmhouse ale. In this classic, you'll find a biscuit and malted rye backbone with fruity yeast notes and a slight citrus hop profile. This unfiltered bottle conditioned beer can be consumed fresh or aged to allow the brett to impart additional earthy elements.

THE BRUERY TERREUX HUMULUS TERREUX BRETT ALE (750ml, 6.3%)92 on RateBeer.  Each batch of Humulus uses a different hop variety and strain of Brettanomyces that's been incubated in the Bruery's laboratory. This experimental series creates dry, funky, and hoppy beers that combine the best of hops and 100% Brett fermentation.
